Hello you have 65000 rank in jee main.There are two main thing which you have to decide one is branch and other is college.You can not get both at the same time. If your first choice is good college then it may be possible that you will not get good/preferred branch.You can not say that at rank 65000 you can not get preferred branch but you have to compromise with college.So the conclusion is this that you get every stream at this rank but main thing is that what important for you branch or college.mostly people prefer branch first then college.I hope your problem have been solved.Best of luck for your stream selection .
