The competition is heavy to get into the University.Placements are good at sastra thanjavur. Infrastructure is excellent at sastra thanjavur. It is very strict. Placements are ultimate at sastra. It is definite that you will get placed atleast in 1-2 or maybe more if you have above average intelligence. Temple, Holistic culture and feeding cows, Vedas and sanskrit reminisce our culture and make us feel to go back to our roots

Amrita University:

The scenic beauty is unmatchable. The climate is simply amazing. The library is really huge. You can also find various rare books here. Ragging is very rare and the repercussions are.. well.. extremely serious. Curriculum in the first year is not sp good. In the first sem there is not one core subject(CSE).
