You just need to mail the authorities of du that you have done this mistake. they usually verify documents of candidates before issuing the admit card ,they will surely connect with you if by any chance they want self-attested only or might be the possibility they will ask you to submit self-attested dcouments at the time of document verification ,so their is no need to worry at all
