Hey vivek..
Here are some best colleges for cse/it other than IIT's and nit's:

IIIT Hyderabad is one of the best college which is a PPO, and it's standard and placements and equivalent to zonal IIT's. The top MNCs like Google, Microsoft, facebook and APPLE (started its campus placements in India with IIITH)
IIIT banglore, it's located in electronic city which is located around MNC's, It's had a history of 100% placements.
IIIT delhi: It's one of the best iiit under mhrd, with good placement &PPOs in CSE &IT
IIIT Allahabad: It has a good reputation in CSE &IT with good faculty, it's under Mhrd, it's had one of the best average packages in CSE & IT.
DTU: it's the one best university with good packages (reahes till 1.25 crore per annum), and the good interms of faculty and research.
