Best college in IPU is USICT and best college from COMEDK is RVCE .
Lets try to compare these two .
In my opinion , opputunity wise , both colleges should be good considering one is in delhi and other in Bangalore .
Placements wise , RVCE may be ahead .
RVCE is more renown college in south and also some parts north .
USICT is genreally known in North .
You can choose RVCE  , having a nice urban campus and city of Bangalore being the silicon valley of the country .
