Well, for this all you can do is pray. Though Ninth cut off list for admission in Delhi University for various courses was released in the previous year 2018. Considering the previous year trends there is a good possibility that a 9th cut off list would be out.
But there is no notification or official announcement fir it yet so you should wait and hope for the best
