Generally CAT percentile is not the only criteria for getting calls from all the IIMs. There are few IIMs like IIM B which gives way more weightage to quality  work experience or IIM Indore which gives more weightage to 10th 12th and graduation marks than CAT marks. Also like IIM A which defines a min. score cut off you need to pass which is based on different weightages of other parameters like 10th, 12th, graduation marks, work experience in order to be eligible for further evaluation.

One of my friend didn't got a call from IIM A and B even after scoring 99.83 percentile because of missing some other elements.
Although scoring 100 percentile can be an exception and I think you can get calls from all IIMs. Last year for 100 percentile min score was around 220 out of 300 and in 2015 it was 262 so you need to w
