Hi Aspirant,

Yes you have a fair chance in getting ECE seat in Andhra University.According to last year's cutoff you can get ECE in second to third round.ECE is one of the most prominent branches in Andhra University with good faculty members and infrastructure,However cutoff changes from year to year.
