When you fill the application form there you get an option to choose the subjects you want to pursue.
now there you can choose as many subjects as you want be it for science commerce or arts.

I would suggest you to Mark as many subjects as you want to pursue without any hesitation because the form cannot be altered or changed afterwards

Now when the cutoff released and you go for the admission procedure in case you change your stream like if you are a science student that is if you have done your 10 + 2 graduation from a science stream
And you choose to go for a commerce for an arts stream in under graduation then there will be a deduction of 5% from your overall percentage.

I would suggest you to go have a look at the Delhi University web portal where they have provided the details about the admission procedure.
You should attend the counselling session conducted by Delhi University where did the professor and top rank students help you out in explaining you briefly about the admission process and the courses.
