As per your question i am assuming you are talking about class 12th examination.
If this is the case then let me tell you that in class 12th we consider the marks of best four subjects among 5.
On the basis of those four best score we calculate the percentage.
Among the four subjects english is a compulsory subject even when your english marks might be lower than the fifth subject.

As per the criteria the best 4 will be taken during the admission process in B.Sc.

You must have got pass in pcb in your 12th to take take admission in B.Sc biology.

But for the cut off your best 4 will get confidence.
