the placements at bits sindri are very nice for electrical, civil branches but for cse the placements are not very good , they are average.

the lowest package that one can get is around 3-4LPA , the highest of around 8-9LPA.

many companies visit but they are not very nice , but the placements are improving slowly , it is getting better.

otherwise the facutly and infrastructure is good there.

In terms of return on investment bit sindri is a very good college because on investment of 2-3L you would get a package atleast 4-5L if you are a decent student over there.

But yes this is also true that not much software companies visit the campus. Mainly bulk hiring companies like tcs, Tcs digital visit the campus for the non core branches. Core engineering has good placements as companies such as tata steel, tata motors and vedanta and some good core companies visit the campus for recruitment.
