With reference to yoru above mentioned query, I would liek to tell  you that yes, you can apply for fresh registration in further Counselling rounds of MBBS and BDS in telengana. Candidates who would not accept the allotted seats in Round 2 will be eligible to participate in further rounds of NEET counselling subject to forfeiture of the security deposit and fresh registration, only in the mop-up round.

there can be 2 rounds of counselling in NEET Telengana, but if there will be still any vacant seats available , the authorities will conduct the round 3 counselling.
