Hello. Aspirant,
With this rank, it is difficult to get a seat in any government college in any branch. However, you can get your desired branch in some private colleges that have low rankings. Also, last year, Techno India's closing rank for CSE was around 8k and 11k in general category. So, there are negligible chances of getting a seat there. However, you can use college predictor to predict the colleges that you would get at this rank:

With this rank, you have a very futile chance of getting into the best colleges of WBJEE.

This is one of the major disadvantages of other state quotas in such entrance exams.
