Hey,

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

Keeping this in mind, based on previous year data with 598 marks you may get a rank between 24534-29770. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

Last year the cut off for government medical colleges under OBC category through all India Quota Counseling was a rank of 15024. This corresponded to marks between 617-608 in 2020.

So based on this, it is difficult for you to get government medical colleges through all India Quota. But you can get government dental seat since it's cut off rank under OBC category was 25993. You can also get management quota medical and dental seats in deemed universities through All India Counseling. To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET COLLEGE PREDICTOR https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
