Without giving you JEE main examination you can appear for the entrance examination of other colleges also which takes their entrance through other state level examination. So in my opinion you can appear for other entrance examination but you should appear for JEE mains examination because it is the most important examination considered for any engineering candidate.

ere's no other way apart from jee main to get admission into DTU, you have to score a very good rank in the exam to get your desired branch in the DTU. As DTU is one of the top University for engineering in Delhi it's cutoff is also high.

In Delhi Technological university,Admission to BE/B. Tech courses will be done based on All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main 2019 Paper-1.Based upon their score and rank in JEE main exam,the candidate will be called for counseling.
