• the candidate must have a sense of purpose for opting for an MBA

• If the candidate has an achiever profile in at least one of the fields from education Extra/Co-curricula.
  
• If you have solved some difficult problems in the past like personal/family tragedy, a professional incident did some research, published some case study or patent etc.
• Moral values, sense of awareness, and if he/she is willing to do something for social causes.
• Leadership qualities in professional/curricular/extra-curricular activities in the past.
• Moderate to high level of recognition like state/national recognition in different areas.
• for people with work-ex, if he/she has worked at a higher post.

SP Jain has one of the most diversion inclusion affinity among top MBA colleges.

They look for good marks in 10th, 12th, grad and also your extra curriculars ,interests, achievements play major part.

They ask for specialization in the form itself, so if you have marketing experience and you are choosing marketing as specialization then it would give great edge over others. 

For the profile part no one can exactly tell as it is completely subjective upon each application. 

Just make sure you fill the form right and highlight your strenghts very well.
