I am realy sorry to tell you that based on the following marks you will not get DTU as DTU admission criteria through JEE mains score is high as it comes after NITs.

You can appear for JEE advanced and get good score.

After that you can get admission in good collleges.

With your score of 64 in JEE Main, you'll have a rank of somewhere around 1,60,000 - 1,80,000 (It's from a rank predictor). If that's the case, then i think you won't be able to get admission for Electrical Engineering in DTU under OBC reservation, as the closing rank of last year was somewhere around 1,13,000 for Delhi region. Outside Delhi region was way less- 19,273 ... But, the rank you may get can change according to many factors. So, just wait till the ranklist is published. I suggest you just go for Electrical (If that's what you want) in any othar college you find good.
