I m doing bsc CS and doing my cat preparation also. So should i do job after completing my degree for or go for direct mba entrance exam

Shaurya Sharma 4th Feb, 2019

Hello Akash,

Thanks for contacting Careers360.

are really interested in pursuing MBA degree then it's a good option after b.tech. Almost 25-30% of students in top management colleges are freshers who have directly joined college after finishing their graduation.
But doing Job is also not at all a bad option. It depends on your goals if you want to quickly earn money then job is a good option.
If you want to do MBA then you need to be ready to inverst more money in your education  (MBA fees are way more high then pursuing a b.tech degree) and also wait for next 2 years before you could actually start earning money.
Doing Job will give you short term profit and if you keep on doing it well then you can also make it a long term profit whereas doing MBA from a top reputed college will give you a long term profit and your growth rate will also be way more higher than the one when you will be working without MBA degree.
But again I will say it all depends on your interest because if you are not interested in management field then pursuing MBA degree might not be as fruitful for you as it should be.

So think about your career wisely and then make a decision.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!

I got math-76 marks phy-78 chem-52 marks total 206 marks and my percentile is 98.5 So how i prepare for April mains plz provide best idea

Aaditya 4th Feb, 2019

Hello Aspirant,

Congrats for such a magnificent performance in Jee Mains !

With this percentile most probably you will qualify for Jee Advance. Now if you want to further increase your marks then first thing you have to do is to analyse the topics where you find some difficulty. With this I mean go through the paper again and see your weak topics and work on those topics. So that you can get confidence on those topics also in which you did not score good this time. Also try to attempt maximum question papers, it will help you in making good strategy about efficiently solving papers. My suggestion would be that instead of preparing for Mains again you should start preparing for Advance as your score is good enough to clear the cutoff. For your question as I told strengthen your weak topics and also make your strong topics more stonger..

Good Luck !!!

I got 98.5 percentile in jee main Can i qualified for jee adv? How i prepare for april mains Plz provide best idea to achive 100% in april

Hiya there!

The 98.5 percentile that you have received is truly a good percentile score. But you must know tgat the percentile score is not your actual raw score percentage of the conducted examination. The percentile score is the percentage of people who have scored the same score as you have and those who have scored lesser. But still though, higher your percentile score higher is your chance of getting a good rank. Considering your percentile you might have qualified, but I cant say for sure though because the cut off has not been released and it depends on many factors.

On preparing for the next jee mains examination, the core idea is planning.

with precise planning and solving previous year problems with solutions you can develop the idea of the paper pattern and deepen your understanding of concepts

good luck :)

Dear Harish,

CLAT 2019 will be conducted on 12th May, 2019. It is being conducted by the National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack.

Since you have approximately 2 months left for the exam, a proper planning is the first step towards preparation. Stat understanding the test pattern before starting off with gaining knowledge on the subject. Pay special attention to speed and time management. It is suggested that initially focus on maintaining accuracy and gradually the speed should be increased by practising questions and solving mock tests.

Hello Priya,

Yes, of course you can crack it. In order to achieve this goal, the following tips could be helpful-
In order to score a good marks in the NEET 2020 examination, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times for basics, your basics should be very clear upto class 12th. After that HC Verma for Physics (part -1&2), Biology by Trueman (volume-1&2) and Pradeep Guide on Biology, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge. Your study materials provided in the coaching could also be helpful. You can also read more books whose names are given in the link given below

You should also try to solve the previous years question papers, this helps too much and you should also give the mock test to rectify yourself and build your confidence level.
For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. All three things should be the part of your preparation strategy in daily routine.
The main thing is that you have to build your concentration level, then only you can stay focused on your goal. I would like to say that please limit the study time between 10 to 12 hours and please increase your concentration and speed of reading, understanding and solving the problems then you will not face any kind of difficulty.

Abhinav p v 3rd Feb, 2019

Hello aspirant,

For gate exam, study of previous questions and their solution is the best way by topic wise.First you have to cover the concept of the topic then problems on the topic are to be done. For previous year question papers, I suggest you books published by made easy Publications because it is less erroneous and it is even used by ACE academy Hyderabad.

Good luck
