I got 369 marks in neet 2019 can I get bhms in telangana govt or private colleges plz reply

Anurag pal Student Expert 29th Aug, 2019

hey dear, seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worried about their colleges. So,with this score you won't get a govt. seat for mbbs but would get it for bhms. And as far as private universities are concerned, you can get admission over there but with high fees.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 29th Aug, 2019
Dear Asish, you haven't mentioned your Category and the State you belong to. Neverhless, for the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.

  • You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
  • 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
  • NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

Now the cut offs are different every Category, every College and every State. The cut offs also differ from All India Counselling to State Counselling. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota.Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through Direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. So for a General Category Student the score should be nothing less than 600.

If got mark450 in NEET 2021 which college in got in Rajasthan

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 29th Aug, 2019
Dear Anirudh, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for varipus Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 422
OBC: 377
SC: 261
ST: 296

This also includes the Private Medical Colleges. 2019 cut offs will be released after all rounds of Counselling are done with. So, even this is 2018 data, considering the fact that the cut offs change every year, 450 marks will not get you a seat even in a Private Medical College. You aim should be nothing less than 550 if you arr fine with a Private Medical College. If you want a seat in a GMC, it should be nothing less than 650.

Can i fill up for two states in neet as i am from haryana but i have done my schooling from delhi?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 29th Aug, 2019
Dear Prayas, yes you can. There are situations where in candidates study their 11th and 12th in a different State from their Native State. States like Punjab, Delhi etc give Institutional Quota for such students thereby allowing to participate in their State Counsellings. So you will be considered as Candidates having these States domicile. And on the other hand, you have domicile of your Native State by default. So if you are eligible for domicile of 2 States you can paricipate in the State Counsellings of both the States.
