Dear Anirudh, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for varipus Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 422
OBC: 377
SC: 261
ST: 296
This also includes the Private Medical Colleges. 2019 cut offs will be released after all rounds of Counselling are done with. So, even this is 2018 data, considering the fact that the cut offs change every year, 450 marks will not get you a seat even in a Private Medical College. You aim should be nothing less than 550 if you arr fine with a Private Medical College. If you want a seat in a GMC, it should be nothing less than 650.

Okay but i want to know which college i get..?
We are discussing about 2021. There is a proposal for 75 new Medical Colleges for 2020. Which meabs few Colleges would also be added to your State. And then the Statistics will change.
