Can i fill up for two states in neet as i am from haryana but i have done my schooling from delhi?

No you can not fill two states in the form of NEET application because that is practically not possible for a student to get the eligibility of two states.
You can claim the benefits of onlynone state and that too your domiciled state. Other than that you can not have 85% quota benefits of any other state.
