if a student get same mark in each of the subjects like biology, physics and chemistry.then . is he will face any problem during counseling for MBBS through NEET or verification of documents since he got exactly the same marks in all the three subjects ( i.e 86 each )?

Kashish Saxena 10th Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant,

Please don't worry at all. Scoring same marks in all three main subjects is a matter of chance. You can participate in counselling without any worry and there will be no problem in document verification also. So relax.

Im from Guj board (GSEB) .category is general i scored 41 chemistry 43 phy,56 in biology out of 100 marks. and in practical i scored 35 physics, 40 chemistry 36 biology out of 50 for qualifying criteria of neet 2021 it must be require aggregate marks of Theory with 50% or theory + practial with50%

pdwords Student Expert 9th Oct, 2021

Hello,

Firstly in order to appear for NEET, candidates need to attain 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year, passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, and secured 50% PCB aggregate if one belongs to general category, and this is inclusive of theory and practical, hence as per your given marks that is theory+practical

  • For Chemistry you secured 41+40=81 marks
  • For Physics you secured 35+43=78
  • For Biology you secured 56+36=92

150*3=450 marks, hence out of total marks your score stands at 251 and your total PCB aggregate comes up to 55.77%, hence you're eligible to appear for NEET, the required aggregate is inclusive of theory and practical.

I passed 12th with PCM in 2020. I passed only 12th ( not 11th) with biology as private single subject in 2021. Am i eligible for neet mbbs 2022. Any problem in counseling.

Anurag Khanna 6th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

See for now those candidates who are having Biology as an additional subject are eligible for NEET but note that if it will change for NEET 2022 then you won't be eligible for NEET also there are some other criteria which needs to be fulfilled :

** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.

** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.

** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.

** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

For complete details about NEET 2021 Eligibility criteria kindly check out the link given below :-

I have done bsc biology but I want to pursue a career in nursing.do aiims conduct seperate bsc nursing exam or accept admission through neet score card when will be aiims bsc nursing registration form out for 2022 and am I eligible if I have already done graduation in plain biology

pdwords Student Expert 14th Nov, 2021

Hello,

It's true that NEET scores are accepted by various universities for BSc Nursing such as JIPMER, GGSIPU, BHU etc, however NEET isn't compulsory the reason being there are still other entrance tests such as AIIMS BSc Nursing, Indian Army BSc Nursing etc,

since you specifically asked about AIIMS BSc Nursing, AIIMS New Delhi is the competent authority regarding this, and the eligibility criteria for the same is passed/appearing 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects from a recognized board with 55% aggregate for UR/OBC, in case of SC/ST there is relaxation of 5%,

the entrance exam will be conducted for a duration of two hours in MCQs format with sections like Physics, Chemistry, Biology with 30 marks each and  General Knowledge of 10 marks, total marks is 100 in bilingual language that is English and Hindi, for each correct answer one mark is  awarded while one-third is deducted for each wrong attempt.

As of now there is no official announcement made regarding the schedule of AIIMS BSc Nursing 2022, hence we cannot provide you exact details for the same, in fact the entrance test of AIIMS BSc Nursing has been considerably delayed this year, and it's yet to be conducted, hence it's best you stay updated at the official website at https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/index.html for the latest information regarding this.

Hello, i also failed in 12th biology than i completed diploma in computer engineering and now i have government approved 12th equevalancy certificate that shows i completed 12th(pass). My score is 9.03 cgpa in diploma out of 10 Can i eligible for Australia bechlor course?

Prateek kumar 14th Nov, 2021

Dear student,

Yes you are eligible to apply for admission for an Australian university as the requirements are:

  • Minimal 65% average marks in 10+2.
  • There is no age limit.

Since you have diploma and it is recognized by government as equivalent to intermediate so will not have any problem in applying for the Australian universities.
