The basic eligibility criteria to pursue Bcom course is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with the minimum marks for their stream required for admission as prescribed by respective institute, it is mandatory that the candidate must have studied Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects, there is no age limit for admission in same.

Yes! You can pursue B.com after completing 12th in biology, I can say this because one of my friend took admission to B.com 1st year after completing 12th standard, her subjects were physics, chemistry, biology, psychology, english and hindi. She didn't take maths instead of it, she opted for psychology and didn't face any obstacle to get admission in Bcom. So, I don't think you are likely to encounter any problem for your admission in Bcom if you complete 12th in biology.
