is internship is compulsory required after bsc food technology or btech food technology??? without this cant I get a direct job or placements in companies???

Subhrajit Mukherjee 21st Aug, 2021

See if you are going for BSc Food technology then just after your BSc its quite hard to get a job and if you have internship that way then you get some advantages. Now for BTech Food Technology many freshers are also recruited so its not mandatory but if you see the industrial needs then if you have an internship experience then you get a better chance over many other candidates. So if you can try to do an internship in your 3rd or 4th year in order to have a better chance of getting a job.

in Telangana which has more scope in between bsc food technology and Btech food technology???

Subhrajit Mukherjee 21st Aug, 2021

Irrespective of the state, if you wish to get into a more job oriented UG and you want a job just after your graduation then I would suggest you to go for BTech Food Technology because BTech Food technology is more industrially applicable and after a successful completion of the course you can work in industries etc. But if you go for BSc Food technology, then just after BSc its hard for you to get a job. You will need to do a MSc in order to get a job. As BSc is a more research oriented course I would suggest if you are interested in research then it will be better to go for it else you should go for BTech.

I hope you got my point. Although I would suggest you to conduct a research by yourself before taking any decision.

in Telangana in between bsc food technology and btech.food technology which is better ??? in view of fees and more jobs placements in Telangana ??? plzz answer this...Im confused in between these n Im from a middle average family...

Now if you see the fees of BTech is a bit high compared to a BSc course but let me assure that the job prospect is more compared to that of BSc. So if you wish to go for a course in food technology then BTech will be the best from the job point view.

hi my gate score is 30 in general and 350/100 in GATE BT paper. Will i get seat in Anna University for MTech Biopharmaceutical technology or Mtech Food technology..? Please someone respond

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 30th Sep, 2021

hi,

see cutoff score varies every year, it depends on the facts like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students overall profile etc. admission to anna university, chennai is based on tancet counselling. seat matrix is not available on official website , so it difficult to predict the chances based on score only.

I suggest you to apply for others colleges as well which meet your criteria to get best possible outcomes.

hope you understand.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 21st Aug, 2021

The eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET is that the student must have passed 10+2 with  Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry  or any related vocation courses in engineering with at least 45% marks for UR and 40% marks for SC/ST.

So without mathematics you can't get BTech course through TS EAMCET.

Hello Aspirant,

See without knowing your OBC rank it would be little bit difficult for us to guide you with your query, so please mention your OBC rank in the comment section and then we would be able to give you the better guidance.

However if we analyze the past year's performance and this year's performance then your OBC rank must be somewhere around 75000-85000.

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that there are very less or almost no chances for National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana because closing rank for OBC category was around 21.7k.

You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
