Food Processing
Yes of course you can do your Msc microbiology after bsc food technology they both relative to life sciences hence you can do your Msc microbiology after bsc food technology. Many career opportunities are available for your domain hope this will help you
Among this two courses, the job oriented course is BSc Food Technology but if you want to go for a more research oriented then BSc Botany will be better choice. But in general if you are going for BSc Food Technology then in order to get a good job and professional growth then I would recommend you to go for a MSc course.
So both the courses are equally probabilistic but if you want to go for a more job oriented course then BSc Food Technology and if you want to go for a more research oriented career then go for Bsc Botany.

Hello, Aspirant. You mentioned your rank but missed to mention your caste in the question. Thus, I will be given answer assuming you belong to General (Open Category) candidate. If you belong to any other caste then kindly write it in the comment box below.
As per previous years' data and your performance, it is less likely for you to get chance in Food Technology if you belong to open category. If your rank was within 22000 or less then you might get chance in private colleges.

Your rank cannot be predicted with your marks since It is the first time where IPE marks are not considered. Due to this reason your rank cannot be predicted by comparing to previous years list. And it changes every year depending upon the number of people attending the exam and their performance.
