How is IERT allahabad for B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering?

SANKET GHOSH 18th Sep, 2020

Hello there,

IERT Allahbad is fair to do college if you are pursuing B.TECH in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering. Most of the teachers teaching here are IIT/NIT qualified and placement scenario Of this college is also more or less fair. In the department you are asking , the average placement go around 75-80% of the batch and the avg.salary offered is around 4-5 LPA.

Instrumentation engineering nowadays has much scope as other branches of engineering. Mostly their job is to create and develop new control systems, analysis of data management, and testing and Maintenance period. It has emerged over the years as one of the most demanding engineering streams that students take interest in.

You can access the following link given below to get more information about the college, admission, fees etc.

what is the major difference between Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and Electronics and Communication engineering and how about scope, placement and future.

Nimish Yadav 15th Sep, 2020

The major difference between Electronics and Instrumentation engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering is the instrument study and communication study . Yeh electronics part of both the engineering is kind of  same where you study of Electronics components like transmitter, receiver, BJT etc .while in EIE you also study about Instrumentation which eman study of instrument . It is an  industry based engineering that have developed in recent years in India which deal with an installation, automation , calibration of instruments in Industry .

While in ECE you study about the communication field like wifi , IOTs a common example is out Sim cards application and many more . Both branches are good in their sides . If you are from ECE there is a chances of you getting a software company also . The companies providing job to both of the branches are quite same .

hello sir ,what is in instrumentation and control engineering..?and what is scopes are in this engineering field. .? and which colleges are provide it best..in india..?

Ayesha ruman 12th Sep, 2020

Hello candidate

Instrumentation and control engineering are used for designing and developing, managing and maintaining the equipment which are used for monitoring and controlling the engineering systems and their process . Job is good in this field.

It has very large industrial scope. It has good scope but the demand is less as compared to computer science. It has high scope in oil rich states. So it has very good scope because in oil  and gas the company will hire only engineer with instrumentation and control engineer . So it has good scope.

Thankyou

Hope this be helpful for you

What is electrical and instrumentation engineering? Please explain in detail. What is the scope?

anmol.chopra1212 18th Aug, 2020

Hello

Instrumentation Engineering is a specialised branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, primarily focussing on the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Instrumentation technology helps create, construct and maintain measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions. Hence those with B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electronics, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering can find jobs in these fields. Public-sector companies such as Instrumentation Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd. and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. provide job opportunities.

Instrumentation Engineering is the basis of mechatronics and robotics engineering. Its main objective is to ensure that systems and processes operate safely and efficiently.

Several institutions offer higher study facilities in Instrumentation and Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related branches such as Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

Thank you

What is the difference between Mechatronics engineering and Electrical and instrumentation engineering?

AJAY KUMAR POLAVENI 17th Aug, 2020

hello there!

Mechatronics engineering is a multidisciplinary branch of engineering that focuses on the engineering of both electrical and mechanical systems. It focuses on different aspects of mechatronics like modeling, real-time computer interfacing, sensors, controllers and actuators. After completing the course graduates can work on different aspects like sensing and control systems, automation and robotics, artificial intelligence and expert systems, transportation and vehicular systems and computer integrated manufacturing systems. Being a specialized field, undergraduate and postgraduate engineering courses in Mechatronics are offered by few technical colleges

Undergraduate programmes in mechatronics-

• B.E. Mechatronics Engineering

• B.Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering

Top Institutes-

1. Manipal University, Manipal

2. Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University

3. Vinayaka Missions University

4. Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering

5. SRM University

6. Symbiosis University

electrical,Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering is an advanced branch of engineering which deals with the application of existing or known scientific knowledge in Electronics to the practical applications in measurements and control of any processes and calibration of these instruments. Another, Instrumentation is defined as the art and science of measurement and control of the process variables within a production or manufacturing area. The process variables used in industries are Level, Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Flow, pH, Force, Speed etc. B.Tech. in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation is a 4- year undergraduate course that can be studied as a separate branch or along with electronics engineering. ... Instrumentation Engineers also decide the type of instruments needed for ensuring better quality and efficiency of the end products. In The End  It Is On You , In Which Branch You Have Interest.
