student
Hello Deepa,
Hope you're doing great and it's good to see that you're clear about what you want in your life at such an early age but you should know that UPSC is one of the toughest exams in India and minimum eligibility criteria for it is graduation so for now I'd advise you to opt for whichever stream you find interesting. Side by side you can keep on looking the UPSC syllabus and read as much as you can. As UPSC paper consists of an optional paper so you can complete your graduation and then decide which subject you'll opt for it. Currently I'd advise you to go for subjects and stream you have interest in.
Please find attached the syllabus of UPSC examination.

Dear candidate!!
It is indeed worthy for you to pursue Tally Courses after Completion of your BBA degree if you have profound interest in Accounts, Marketing Management topics. If you have this added Tally degree along with your BBA then you can keep yourself one step forward in the race of getting selected in the interviews. Hence it would be better if you do the course.
Good luck!!!

Hi aspirant,
No there would be absolutely no problems even if you appeared for IMU CET examination in year 2023 also provided that you fulfill the required age criteria. According to the age limit set up by conducting authorities a candidate must age between 18 to 27 years by the end of conducting year in order to be eligible for the examination. So there is no disadvantages in such even if you appear next year but there are certain advantages such that you can prepare in a better way for the entrance examination. Also taking 1 year gap gives you and opportunity to fully focus on the pattern of examination and practice in that particular manner.
Hope it helps!
