As of now, NIOS board candidates are eligible for NEET exam. S till the case is pending in Supreme Court regarding eligibility criteria of NIOS and other Open Boards students.
NEET UG 2022 Eligibility Criteria is given below:
**Candidates must have completed 10+2 or Intermediate in science stream with Chemistry, Physics and Biology/ Biotechnology subjects with minimum aggregate of 50 percentage (45 percentage for PwD candidates and 40 percentage for SC/ ST/ OBC Category candidates) and core subject i.e English from a recognised Board.
**Candidates must be minimum 17 years old as on 31st December, 2022 for being eligible for NEET UG 2022.
**Also, there is no limit of number of attempts for NEET UG entrance exam.

Yes the students have completed their 10 + 2 class level board examination from National Institute of Open schooling are also eligible for applying in National eligibility and entrance test. The candidate must have completed his or her 10 + 2 class level board examination with physics chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects for being eligible for applying for National eligibility and entrance test.
National eligibility and entrance test is a national level entrance examination which is conducted primarily for admission in MBBS course and other medical courses as well. National testing agency is the conducting authority of national eligibility and entrance test. The minimum age to apply for the examination is 17 years.

From your profile it seems you're a commerce aspirant of 12th, CUET is conducted for various programs in the discipline of management/commerce such as BBA/BBA Hons/BBA in Finance and Accountancy/BBA in Finance and International Business/BCom/BCom in International Finance, all these courses just require you to pass 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream, there is no such restrictions of having studied any specific subjects or its combination for that matter, also if you're appearing for your 12th exams this year, you can apply provisionally.

and to obtain MBBS degree , you need to appear for NEET exam .
So, as are you a chemistry 2nd year student and not a citizen of US or CANADA, so .. you can't apply for MCAT .

If you're interested in agricultural department and want to pursue your career in agriculture then after completing your 10th class you must enroll yourself in the science stream with PCB or PCMB, I would suggest you to go with PCB.
Now as I can see that you want to own your shop so basically you don't need to study very much deep into this fieldfield Or I can say that you need to crack entrance of any good University just because at the end you want to open your own shop.
So finally I would suggest you after completing your class 12th go for BSC degree in agriculture from any university and after that you will be legally eligible to open any agricultural shop by making your licence.
