Hi ! No you can't rely on Jossa counselling for your admission in any nit or IIIT. Don't rely means you can participate in Jossa counselling and may not expect a good college for you. Still if your luck favours due to vacancy then you may get worst nit like nit Manipur with worst branches or any worst IIIT. Now coming to bit mesra, you can have some hope due to homestate quota. Gettibg seat through JOSSA in you mentioned colleges is almost impossible. You may get a seat in any of these if special round counselling is done. The cutoff for various colleges fall drastically during special round conducted by CSAB. Last year it was around 7 lakh for biotech in BIT. So you can only wait as of now.
