What you are saying is that 6166 candidates have been assigned ranks in special ojee , and you have been given rank of order of 10 lakh, more than 12 lakh. See it might be like that only tht much students might hav qualified , rest would not qualified, yet they were given rank.But you be assured that i don't think you will get any college with this rank.
