See both the fields are great and have job opportunities ahead. But BSc Agriculture itself isn't that good from a job perspective. To get a job through this path you need to atleast go for a Masters. So if you wish to go for Agriculture then its better to go for the BTech Agricultural Engineering. Now if you are interested in research and want to do explore the field then BSc Agriculture is a very good stream for you. In BTech CSE you have a lot of scope with high to moderate paid salaries. So you can go for it also. In general both the fields are good but you have to choose the fields based on your interest enthusiasm and your future targets.
