After chosen the float option in first round of UPSEE counssling and locked my choice. Then in second round can i rearrange the choice like up and down. And at the 4th choice UIET KANPUR matalurgical eng. can i get a seat. My rank in upsee 50069. and 1,2,3 choice is my UP textile.

Dear student,
If you have chosen the float option and locked your choices then you cannot change the order now, niw if you get a choice if higher preference then you would have a chance to either choose it or stick with your present choice.
With your rank un upsee, i'll assume that you belong to general category, you would definitely get metallurgy and materials engineering branch in UIET Kanpur according to the previous year's cut off.
