Hi

You don't need to do to BA dear to be eligible for UPSC examination, as you have already done B Pharma which is itself a graduate degree and thus you are eligible for UPSC examination as to be eligible for UPSC one should be a graduate in any discipline and thus your eligible with your graduation in B pharma

Plan your study , you can make a routine and try to religiously follow it

khanshahbaz38606 sorry for the mistake,
if you have done D Pharma then yes you need to do graduation to be eligible for UPSC examination and yes you can go for BA from Open Universities like IGNOU and then we will be eligible for UPSC examination but if you want to do your BA in just one year from IGNOU or any other universities then it's not possible you will have to spend 3 years for your BA as it is a 3 year long course and it has been divided into 6 semesters .
