Chemistry for 1 ^st Year PUC by Prof. Somashekara Prasad
Mathematics for 1 ^st Year PUC BY Dr. PG Umarani
Physics for 1 ^st Year PUC by AS Govind

For practicing questions, nothing can be better than previous year question so you should go through following books:-
