Yes , it is absolutely possible to get admission in INSEAD or Oxford after working at SBI or any top private bank for two or more years.
INSEAD or Oxford or any other top Business school in the world accepts GMAT scores for admission and hence, you need to appear for GMAT and score descent enough to qualify for those colleges.
