Below are the documents required for IPU Counselling of any course.

• IPU CET rank card.
• IPU CET admit card.
• Class 10th mark sheet and certificates.
• Class 12th mark sheet and certificates.
• Category certificate duly attested.
• IPU CET registration slip.
• Character certificate.
• 2 Identical photographs.

And yes you are eligible to fill the form for 2nd round if you are not  if you haven't freeze your seat Or didn't get any college in 1st round.
