Hello there.
As per the latest government rules, regulations, and guidelines it is impossible to get a medical seat of any related medical principle be it MBBS, BDS, BAMS or BMHs without writing NEET, AIIMS or JIPMER.
To get admission even in private colleges one will have to write the NEET examinations no matter what.
To prepare for Indian Medical entrance examination mentioned above the following books could be helpful.
Biology : NCERT, MTG NCERT at your fingertips
Chemistry: NCERT, NCERT exemplar, Vibrant Academy's Physical Chemistry by N Awasthy, Arihant Organic Chemistry by MS Chouhan
Physics: NCERT, NCERT exemplar, HC Verma, Arihant's Objective Physics by DC Pandey.
In all these examinations, the syllabus is usually very similar comprising of Class XI and Class XII studies of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

For your kind Information there is no such college in India, without accepting NEET or AIMS or JIPMER. Of course few college accepts admission on their entrance exam too. where as they check these scores too! You can try for management quota also
