• Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur : 13710
• Indian Institute of Information Technology, Agartala: 13844

The chances are low because the cut off in 2019 for the above mentioned IIITs is higher than the rank you have secured. Cut off is subjected to change depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Hello Atulkumar,

Well you hold a good rank rank in JEE Mains but still it's a great rank to say surely. Their are 5706 seats for OBC candidates in NITs so it's clear your not getting a NIT. So it's hard to say anything you might get a low IIIT or GFTIs, or a good government institute.
