As far as I know vit don't provide any management quota.
They call students upto 100k for admission
Tuition fees varies with rank at VIT and nobody can predict the exact category of tuition fees for your desired branch unless counseling is conducted
So higher the rank higher the fees

Yes available with category 4 fee.

Aerospace Engineering - Rs 5,23,000 per year

CSE, ECE and Mechanical fee - Rs 4,93,000 per year

Other branches - Rs 3,98,000 per year
