First thing , the stipend of 23500/- is for interns.

Second, stipend of JR( pg students) are as follows-

JR1-80,000/- ( eighty thousand only)

JR2-85,000/-

JR3-90,000/-

The bond amount is Rs.8,00,000 and it is for 36 months. As of 2019, the stipend amount has been Rs.23,500 per month. There has been a demand for hike in the stipend and officially there is no news about the same. But at this point in time, the stipend remains Rs.23,500 per month.
