College Infrastructure
Good,it has, 6 lecture theaters, 4 demonstration rooms (all of these equipped with smart classes) , a well air conditioned library that opens from 8am-2pm,an opd block, an obg block, retina clinic, 24hr running emergency, wards with a good patient load.. Hygiene is good
Academics
No bunks, all classes held according to schedule, everything is on time, college have a fixed schedule for whole year, professor take classes, they complete there topic on there, and you can learn something, if you want to learn. The academic overall quite good, you can trust this college blindly for academics..
Placements
Good, there are chances that you get a good post graduation seat in the same college as it has a internal quota of 50%,which is quite handy if you consider the Current scenario in medical education in today's India.
Value-for-money
The fee you pay for the whole acedmic year is around 8000/- only (college fee+hostel charge+cooler charge) .. You get an wifi campus, a okish hostel(better than state colleges hostel), a good campus and air conditioned library.. So you can't expect more than this.
Campus Life
College life is not what you expect from a medical college.. All those stories you have herd of during your preparation and the image of medical college life that you have in your mind..will get destroyed when will come to here.. There are no bunks, no big place to go to, no hangout spots, the ways you can enjoy your college life is very less..so be prepared before you come here!

I've been at JNMC from past few months, the infrastructure here is of top class, as it come under Central Government, As compared to other Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh, It best fit in top ones, The labs are well maintained with the college own manual's. Faculty is also Good. The department's work in scheduled manner, Test/Sessional/PC's are taken time to time regularly. Hostel Mess is also very good, Mess Food is like somewhat at a good level, as compared to other places. College life here is like full of adventures, sometime Exam Tension with a lot of PC and sessional's, Enjoyment with Quiz's, Poster Making Competition's, Volunteering in Conference's etc.

Starting a career in medicine is a beginning of a long journey. Every move has to be planned. Our choices in India to pursue medicine are limited by the fierce competition. Amidst this fierce competition, which is designed to reject more than accept, if a student lands in a public-funded central university i.e Aligarh Muslim University, one should feel prestigious. MBBS at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) is always rated among top 15 in India in the last decade, 7th in 2001. Course runs for 5.5 years and is exhaustive. Cut off for attendance in classroom and ward rounds is mandatory and students are asked to repeat the session or posting if they miss the cut-offs (80% in theory and 75% in wards). One can argue against or in favor of this didactic rule but discipline in a students life has it own merits both in present and in future. Teachers are academically-oriented and are willing to teach. This cannot be said about postgraduate teachings. The laboratories at undergraduate level are well- equipped and staffed. Library at JNMC is resourceful and has produced national-level postgraduate toppers almost every year. As part of overall student development, sports and cultural fest is organized every year with national level participation from different medical colleges. 24-hour junior doctor mess is a great place to hang out after that long tiring day shift in the middle of night. To sum up, a number of factors make an undergraduate medical school best and JNMC has all those element in varying flavors. One can never go wrong in choosing medicine at JNMC. Best of luck
