Hey cherry
12th marks are just the criteria to get admission in the college or to sit in entrance exam.
They are not added up in your entrance exam ranking and results .
Entrance exam marks are the only base of ranking .
Like :
The Eligibility criteria to get admission in NIT IIIT( through jee) is 75% minimum marks.
Than if you score 90% or 80% it will not effect your JEE result and ranking and your admission.
Similarly in bits and JEE advanced boards marks are not added.

Hello Dear

In all the entrance exam including all which you have displayed in your query among that in all the entrance exam exam your Class 12th percentage will be counted and in that your top five major subject has to be took in the evaluation like PC M/B , English whether you are from medical or non medical board for all State / Central or even ICSE board schools aspirants.
