Ragging is banned by law and it is a punishable act. Generally ragging is not allowed in college campus . But still some cases arise. If anyone face ragging in any educational institution then they may frankly complaint to the head of institute. These days colleges are also oraganizing anti-ragging committees and anti ragging forms are to be filled by students in some Colleges . Thus, Colleges provide an environment to protect their students from ragging but if any thing occur, thr victim may complaint freely.
