Let me talk few truths first.MBBS is one and only course which has a greater value and importance when compared to other medical streams. Now, whether you do MBBS in India or in abroad you will lead a professional and valuable life.

Now, it depends on your interests, if you don't have any financial issues and can work harder then obviously go for MBBS.
.
If you are interested in dental, government jobs like IAS, railway, then go for BDS.
.
MBBS is more tough course then BDS. You need to work more Harder to be  MBBS doctor.
If you can't force yourself on working hard and getting stressed choose BDS course.
.
MBBS is surgery course where as BDS is a dental course. You should be clear with you interest first, whether you want to be a dentist or a surgeon.

Anything from India is better than abroad if u want to practice in India .... So according to that BDS from India is much better than MBBS from abroad bcoz from doing abroad nd for practice in India u have to give one exam which is very tough exam...
