DOMS in IITs generally don't call non engineer students for further process. There priority is to call engineers for the MBA course in their college.

Generally ITS call students through CAT exam and with 90+ percentile you can get calls from all IITs except IIT Bombay which has a little more CAT cut off close to 95+ percentile. And yes along with CAT marks, 10th 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, extra curriculars are also some of the other factors used to call students for next round of interview and WSAT.

But above all becomes pretty less useful for you as you are a commerce student and as I said before you might not at all be considered for further evaluation because IITs mostly give admission to engineers.

If you can get till 90 percentile then there are few other private colleges like TAPMI Manipal, IMT Ghaziabad, Great lakes institute of Management Chennai, Fore school of Management Delhi etc.

You need to drop the idea of IITs and look out for colleges of similar calibar or better than IITs where you can get admission.
