if you study at IIT  you will learn skills of your branch and use them to solve real life problems. Students get high package jobs based on their skills. Not all student get it. You have to work hard, show your skills and even have to make easier and safe.there are many factors and cases to be considered to solve a problem. to do this a student have to practice alot.

placement is given branch wise. every opening have a eligibility. if you satsify then you appear for it. for example, a biomedical Engineering student can't appear for aerospace placement drive. Every opening have different  requirements
