Dear aspirant,

The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts an entrance exam for admission into the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course which of four years BSc including an internship . So, admission is not granted through NEET marks.

The entrance exam is conducted by Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), BHU, Varanasi.  The exam's name is BHU BPT which is a national level exam. There are 25 seats available and it is conducted offline in a pen-paper mode. The eligibility criteria is as following:

  • Candidates should be an Indian National
  • Candidate should be 17-years old and not more than 25 years in age as on December 31, 2021
  • Candidate should have passed class or its equivalent from a recognized board of institute with an aggregate of minimum 50% marks (For general candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and 40% for the OBC Non-creamy layer/ SC/ ST.
