Both BIT mesra and IIIT gwalior are good colleges. Therefore you should make your choice based on the fact that whether you want to pursue m.Tech. afterwards or not as in dual degree your one year is saved. Also if you prefer giving gate that you can go for BIT Mesra. hope this helps.
