This is just an estimate. Amount can vary over time due to new regulations introduced by BITS Pilani or other external factors.

Total fees of BITS Pilani per semester will be 147975 (Tution + Hostel + Mess & Electricity + Misc. fees) for Sem 1 201617. (mentioned on SWD website)

BITS Pilani can increase its fee upto 15% per year (mentioned in brochure provided to students). And they mostly do! Summing up, your fees for next 4 years will be 147975 * 2 * (1+1.15+1.15*1.15+ 1.15*1.15*1.15) = 14.78 lacs. Adding your PS-I fees (around 30k), you can approximate this figure to 15 lacs for a four-year course.

There are multiple scholarships available in case youre worried about high fee. Merit Scholarship can be availed at a CGPA of around 9.5, and merit-cum-need (MCN) scholarship for students with annual parental income less than 6 LPA. MCN has a CGPA cutoff of around 6.5 (Depends on how many people are applying. They have a fixed amount in their budget. )
