The formula for calculating rank is :(100- your score)*869010/100. Your expected rank is 4,03,220. The ending cut off ranks for shortlisted candidates in the JEE-Main(in the general cateogory) are :

Rank 9001-20000(OBC-NCL);
Rank 20001-22000(OBC-NCL-PWD);
Rank 14001-20000(SC);
Rank 20001-22000(SC-PWD);
Rank 70001-80000(ST),
Rank 10001-12000(KM)
Rank 4001-6000(EWS).

hi,

unlike iiser , iisc bangalore offers 4 years bs courses in various discipline like mathematics, chemistry, earth science, biology etc. however your score is too low to get admission in iisc, to get admission in iisc you need to have more than 95 percentile in jee main exam.
